ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'chatterbot'

I just installed chatterbot last time with CMD, installation was successful, but keeps throwing me ModuleNotFoundError.
Last time i modified the System variables in path, adding the python37/scripts rute. Now i tried but with the rute: C:\Python27\Scripts. It throws me this exception on CMD when i try to install it:

I tried to upgrade python´s setuptools but didn't work and also tried pip install murmurhash but throws the same error. I hope you can help.

Scrapy Installation throwing error

While installing Scrapy in Windows 10 through command prompt I get this message at the end. Please tell me what could have possibly gone wrong or how do I overcome it.

There are some issues with pip installation of scrapy in windows platform. I would suggest you to use Anaconda to install scrapy and use it. Anaconda comes with may predefined packages which are required by many other packages. Anaconda has always worked like a charm to me while working on python.

Error while using Django CMS installer

I'm following Django-CMS's quick start tutorial. When trying to setup the project using djangocms -f -p . mysite, and using recommended settings, when it's installing the required dependencies it comes with this pip error:

I'm on windows, and not sure what it means, nor how to fix it.
The solutions to the other question don't work on windows.

pip install psycopg2 error

I try to use pip install psycopg2 on windows10 and python3.5, but it show me below error message. how can i fix it ?

pip install psycopg this worked for me, don't mention version i.e (pip install psycopg2)

can anyone shed some light on this?

pip will try to install from source and I deduce from the C: that you are on windows - as such you probably don't have the compiler(s) needed to build pandas. You should download install the appropriate windows installer from https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pandas instead.
