"Pip install spacy" fails with an error

"Pip install spacy" fails with the cryptic error below and I have no idea how to handle it. Has anybody seen an issue like this before

Error when installing django channels on Fedora 24

This is the error that comes up when installing django channels with pip install channels:

Cannot install psycopg2

I am installing psycopg2 on Ubuntu 15.10 for Python 3.5. I had this issue firstly:
Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1 in /tmp/pip-build-9enc9eqe/psycopg2

I faced new exception:

I don't know how to solve it.

Windows 10 Error 1 When Any PIP Install

I get the error 1 when I try to pip install <module>. Any module. Ive tried cx_freeze and pyside tonight, and i really need both. How do I resolve this?

I could not install google client library (python) without app engine

I am trying to install a Google Client library:
