Getting OSError when running script

I am trying to set up the ChirpSDK, but every time I configure and run the code, I get this error:

I realize that the error is saying that my .chirprc file is not being recognized, but I have no idea how to remedy this. I created a .chirprc file in my /Users/username/ path, and named it c.chirprc (as the Chirp getting started article suggests), but I am still getting this error. Is there another part that I am missing? Am I reading the instructions wrong?

The Chirp configuration file should be placed at /Users/<username>/.chirprc on macOS.
If you run ls -l ~/.chirprc in the terminal, do you get any results? If it displays no such file or directory then you have not created the file correctly.

Why did I get the error 'cannot load external tileset'

I just want to know how to fix the error that I mention in the title.
I really don't know what to try, there are only 3 lines of code and they are exactly how it's shown in the doc of pytmx...

python matplotlib converter

I wrote a program that takes data and plots it via matplotlib. It works no problem on one computer but on the other I get the error:

Error for Next button in pywinauto using python

I have to currently install windows application, create a new database etc almost everyday when testing the Windows desktop software builds that I get.
To make this job easier, I've decided to use python with pywinauto to automate this process.
Currently I was just trying to write a sample script to automate just another application. Following is my code:

DeleteResource from Google Docs with Python

I am trying to delete a spreadsheet in Google Docs with this function:

It seems to be a bug in Google API Python library. I checked gdata-2.0.16 and noticed that DeleteResource() function uses only URL of the resource (gdata/docs/client.py lines 540-543), but later checks for hasattr(entry_or_uri, 'etag') (gdata/client.py lines 737-741) and of course string value (uri) doesn't have etag attribute.
You may work around it using force keyword argument:

If you want you may report an error to library maintainers (if it isn't already reported).

This issue has been fixed in this revision:

If you sync you client to the repository, you should be able to delete a resource without having to specify 'force=True'.
