sklearn.utils module is not found

So I have sklearn installed, but for some reason whenever I try to import sklearn it says:

Does anyone have any ideas? I have Python 3.8.7 installed.

from .qhull import *
ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.
In my case the issue was that the create_polygon function was replaced with 'from_array' and 'from_file' in version 1.2.1 of sphericalpolygon. Downgrading to version 1.2.0 solved the issue: pip install sphericalpolygon==1.2.0

import matplotlib failed in Anaconda python3.6

I installed Anaconda to simplify the management of many python modules.
After that i tried to "import subprocess":
>>> import subprocess
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
File "/home/sej/.config/anaconda3/lib/python3.6/subprocess.py", line 155, in <module>
_PopenSelector = selectors.SelectSelector
AttributeError: module 'selectors' has no attribute 'SelectSelector'
How to fix this?
I came accross this problem by trying to use matplotlib.
When trying to import it, this error comes up:
>>> import matplotlib
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
File "/home/sej/.config/anaconda3/lib/python3.6/site-packages/matplotlib/__init__.py", line 127, in <module>

I saw the Jello World so I guess it is working a bit. I dont know what to do. I appreciate the help. Thanks in advance.
That looks like you don't have SDL installed on your box.
Remove your current pygame packages then dot he following:
wget http://www.libsdl.org/release/SDL-1.2.14.tar.gz
tar -xzvf SDL-1.2.14.tar.gz
cd SDL-1.2.14
./configure
make
make install
Once this has completed reinstall pygame but try reinstalling via easy_install or pip:
easy_install pygame
or
pip install pygame
You should be good to go after that.
