tensorflow :No module named '_pywrap_tensorflow_internal' - python

I tried to install tensorflow with the version of GPU , but always failed.
Computer system: win 10 professional
Graphics Card : Nvidia Quadro M2000M (I verify this card in Nvidia official website ,it can support CUDA )
My installation process :
1- install Rapid Environment Editor
2- install DXSDK_Jun10.exe
3- install cuda_8.0.61 \ patch 2 and CUDNN5.1
4- install Visual Studio 2015 community
And then ,I test the example in VS2015.
5- install Anaconda 4.4(I also try the vision-4.2,but it is nothing to use)
6- Create a conda environment named tensorflow and install the python3.5
7- Activate the conda environment and install the GPU version of tensorflow
pip install --ignore-installed –upgrade https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/windows/gpu/tensorflow_gpu-1.3.0-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl
Until I finished these steps , I didn’t receive any error notice, but when I input “import tensorflow as tf”, it notice me that:

Anyone has any idea what is the problem is and how to fix it. Thanks a lot

If you are installing Version 1.3.0 you need to use cuDNN 6 not 5.1. If you followed the instructions on the website then that might be why you're having the error as it's mistakenly listing 5.1 as the cuDNN version. But this issue is being tacked here if you're interested: https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/issues/11784
If you are still having issues then run this script and let me know the response. I will edit my answer to suit. -->

Failed to import Tensorflow in Anaconda

I've installed CPU version of Tensorflow on the Anaconda3-5.2.0-Windows-x64 on the Windows 10 with the following sequence of commands:
conda create -n tensorflow pip python=3.6
activate tensorflow
pip install --ignore-installed --upgrade tensorflow
and no errors occured. But then I've tried to import Tensorflow and the following text appeared

I've checked out some similar questions here and I have installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable.
Use conda install tensorflow instead of pip
For installations within anaconda virtual environments its preferable to use conda install package_name
or switch back to version <1.6 i.e pip install tensorflow==1.5

Tensorflow - No module named '_pywrap_tensorflow_internal'

Currently I am trying to get tensorflow - Windows 64bit (just the cpu version) running on my pc. When running the command python object_detection/builders/model_builder_test.pyI get the error below. I searched online, and 99% of the answers are to use cd, which I think I've tried but that didn't work. I say 'I think' due to me not knowing whether I actually correctly tried using cd - as I was not 100% on how I was going to use cd in my scenario.

Thanks in advance!!
I was able to fix it myself, here's how:
On the github page
https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/issues/17386
, I found out that a cause of this problem can be caused due to the CPU lacking AVX instructions. Advanced Vector Extensions (AVX) are a set of instructions for doing Single Instruction Multiple Data (SIMD) operations.
I was running an Intel Core Duo, which does not appear on the list of all AVX compatible AMD and intel CPU's , which can be found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_Vector_Extensions#CPUs_with_AVX
On that github page, a user by the name of fo40225, had compiled a .whl for tensorflow, that had been built without AVX. It can be found here: https://github.com/fo40225/tensorflow-windows-wheel/tree/master/1.9.0/py36/CPU/sse2
First I had to uninstall tensorflow with pip uninstall tensorflow, then I reinstalled it using the .whl that has been built without AVX using pip install /example/path/to/.whl
After installing the problem was fixed!

tensorflow installed correctly but giving error "ImportError: No module named '_pywrap_tensorflow_internal' on import tensorflow as tf

I installed tensorflow correctly using both installation options (using anaconda virtual environment as well installing directly with python) as per instruction here https://www.tensorflow.org/install/install_windows
Everytime I see this error:

I installed tensorflow using following command:
pip3 install --upgrade tensorflow
I googled about my problem but I'm not able to find any relevant solutions, I am using python 3.6.4 on a Windows 10 64-bit machine.
What is causing this exception? What am I missing?
Your CPU's lack of AVX instruction set can cause this error.
Tensorflow 1.6.0 needs your CPU support AVX instructions to get work.
Release 1.6.0
Breaking Changes
Prebuilt binaries are now built against CUDA 9.0 and cuDNN 7.
Prebuilt binaries will use AVX instructions. This may break TF on older CPUs.

Tensorflow-GPU unable to import

I am trying to use Hypergan. When i Import tensorflow i get the following error message:
I am using CUDA V8 on Windows 10 with CudNN V5.1 .
I moved the the Cudnn files to the acording Cuda Folders and added the Path Variables. I installed the Visual C++ Redistuable 2017 aswell.
Any Clue where the error is?
Greetings Tobias

TL;DR: With Tensorflow 1.3.0 pre-built use cuDNN 6, not cuDNN 5.1
I assume you are using the latest binaries released for the 1.3.0 setup.
our problem is that you're using cuDNN 5.1 when you should use cuDNN 6, because since TF 1.3.0 they build against that one instead. As stated in this GitHub issue discussion, the websites were out of date and the installation guide told you to use the wrong cuDNN version. The issue should be fixed now, though.
