python skype groupchat GET response error - python

I'm getting error in trying to communicate in a group chat via skype.

[Finished in 7.483s]
I'm just trying to test to send a simple chat to a groupchat but I'm not sure what is causing this error.
currently using this code
ch = sk.chats["19:***********************#thread.skype"] //due to privacy issue, i cant display the id
ch.sendMsg("testing")
whereas if I use the code this way for creating a new conversation,
ch = sk.contacts["live#123"].chat
ch.sendMsg("testing")
it will work.
Can someone enlighten me what is the issue with it? really appreciate a lot.

Python - Get Instagram API Access Token

I am trying to call the Instagram Basic API to get the user info. However, I need to fetch the access token first for the authentication.
I have implemented the code for getting the same in python but I am only able to fetch the re-direct uri. Now, as a manual step we execute that uri on browser and get the code from the url.
But in case of programming how can I get the access token?
In below code: I am getting error
from instagram_basic_display.InstagramBasicDisplay import InstagramBasicDisplay
from flask import request
instagram_basic_display = InstagramBasicDisplay(app_id='5163403347035424', app_secret='80473de6ad506c837969e03b8ccdb4cb', redirect_url='https://mycogito.me/')
print(instagram_basic_display.get_login_url()) # Returns login URL you need to follow
code = request.args.get('code')
print(code)

hubspot3 client and "too many retries" error

I'm trying to pull the details for a contact from hubspot using the recipient's email. I'm using the python3 client "hubspot3" (https://github.com/jpetrucciani/hubspot3).
Here's the code I'm submitting:
import requests
from hubspot3.contacts import ContactsClient
API_KEY=[myapikey]
client=ContactsClient(api_key=API_KEY,debug=True)
email='mytest#gmail.com'
client.get_contact_by_email(email)
The response:

raise HubspotNotFound(result, request)
hubspot3.error.HubspotNotFound:
Hubspot Error
I'm reading this error as saying that the email address can't be found. Is that correct? If not, I appreciate any intel on the cause and solution.
OK ... so not super useful, but it turned out that this is just the error message you get when the email doesn't exist. After a few tries it gives up, which is why you get the "too many retries" error.

apixu.client.ApixuException: Error code 1003: "Parameter q is missing."

I do not understand the error I got this time, I'm running the apixu.com API on rasa_core when running even issued this kind of error, can you help me to explain it?
ERROR:rasa_core.processor:Encountered an exception while running action 'action_weather'. Bot will continue, but the actions events are lost. Make sure to fix the exception in your custom code.

apixu.client.ApixuException: Error code 1003: "Parameter q is missing."
You have to have q as a parameter in the url. apixu alovs you to find the weather of a city using lontitude and latitude, city name, ZIP codes, and so on. but no matter what you use, you have to have q in the url. in the link below, you can see how you can use the parameter q.

jirashell throws a "KeyError: u'consumer_key'" and does not start

I am new to jira-python and have run into an issue with using jirashell.
jira-python was installed from documentation given here: http://jira.readthedocs.org/en/latest/
When I try to start jirashell using:
ubuntu#ip-10-0-0-12:~$ jirashell -s https://jira.atlassian.com
I get the following error:
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/local/bin/jirashell", line 11, in <module> sys.exit(main())
File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/jira/jirashell.py", line 248, in main
jira = JIRA(options=options, basic_auth=basic_auth, oauth=oauth)
File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/jira/client.py", line 202, in __init__self._create_oauth_session(oauth)
File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/jira/client.py", line 1871, in _create_oauth_session
oauth['consumer_key'],
KeyError: u'consumer_key'
I have also tried to get to a server using basic auth but that returns the same error. Using curl works fine, but I wanted to see the objects that are getting returned and get help as I develop by python-jira integration.
Thank you for any insight.

Python + Tweepy, Status is a duplicate

Currently my Python + Tweep bot isn't working claiming the status is a duplicate. The exact error is
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "helloworld.py", line 22, in <module>
api.update_status(line)
File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/tweepy/binder.py", line 230, in _call
return method.execute()
File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/tweepy/binder.py", line 203, in execute
raise TweepError(error_msg, resp)
tweepy.error.TweepError: [{u'message': u'Status is a duplicate.', u'code': 187}]
The bot source is here: https://ghostbin.com/paste/vbdn4 .
What can I add to work around this error?
Note that the first time running this there were no errors yet after stopping it and then going to run it again, I got this error.
you forget to step to the next line of the .txt file you're feeding in the for-loop (it does have multiple lines, doesn't it?), I guess....
I've got the same problem ;-) Tried to solve it with 3 different .txt files and give 3 args in a whlie loop, but this doesn't fly either.
We'll get there....
