Can't install PySimpleGUI on PyCharm

I am trying to install PySimpleGUI on PyCharm on my Mac (MacOS 13.0.1). Both recommended ways of installation are not working:
When I try to install through Settings > Python Interpreter > + > PySimpleGUI > Install Package
I get this message:
Error occurred when installing package 'PySimpleGUI'.
It then recommends trying to install by running the pip command in the terminal. When I run the pip and pip3 command in the terminal I get this message:

If someone is able to identify the problem please let me know
I've tried to watch youtube tutorials and read posts on here for an answer to this issue but I couldn't find anything specifically answering this question for me.

SSL error while installing flask in vs code

I tried to install flask in vs code in a virtual environment but I am getting some SSL error.
When from my virtual environment, I try to install flask by writing
pip install flask
Then I get this error,

How to fix this.
Same type of SSL error I got already in my anaconda prompt and anaconda navigator too, when I try to install virtual environment and now I realize that I can't even update any package at all due to this SSL certification error.
The SSL error in anaconda prompt is like,
CondaSSLError: Encountered an SSL error. Most likely a certificate verification issue.
Exception: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='repo.anaconda.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with

I do need help as it is clearly hampering my learning journey.

This seems to be because the ssl_verify has blocked it. You can try to run the following command and change it to false (This method contains risks):
conda config --set ssl_verify False
Another safe way is let conda know where your SSL certificate locates:
conda config --set ssl_verify <pathToYourFile>.crt

Getting error while installing IBM_WATSON library in Python

While running
pip install ibm_watson
I am getting the below error. I am using the latest anaconda and the latest python version 3.9.2.

This problem seems unrelated to the ibm-watson library, judging by the error cause in the stacktrace:
'[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1123)'
First check if OPENSSLDIR (or the corresponding environment variable in your OS) is set to the correct path containing your tls certificates. If you are using macOS, check this answer: https://stackoverflow.com/a/53310545/15385777
You can also try updating pip to the last version and installing certifi first before checking if ibm-watson can be installed:
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
pip install certifi
pip install ibm-watson

How to install python modules without pip?

I have tried installing python modules with pip and I get the following:

I have tried installing without pip but I couldn't get that to work either.
I'm pretty sure its to do with company firewalls but can't seem to get around them.
